When will my order ship?
We are committed to ship your items as fast as possible! Most of our products are stocked in our warehouse ready to be
shipped. Orders normally go out within 1 to 5 business days of receipt. Business days include Monday thru Friday and exclude
holidays. Please allow 6 to 14 business days for UPS Ground deliveries. When orders are shipped out, you will automatically
receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you to let you know.
We are not shipping at this time outside of the United States and Canada.

Will my items arrive in time for the Holidays?
It depends on when you placed your order. Most orders ship from our Connecticut warehouse. If you look at the map above you can see the different colors that indicate how long it takes items to travel via UPS ground to different locations. *Please Note: Most orders usually ship out within 24/48 hours.
We ship all of our items via ground delivery so if you're trying to get something for a birthday or holiday, order your items early!
You can always call and request a quote for expedited air shipping, or leave us a message in the comment section of your order
with any specific dates or instructions that we should know about. In case we need to contact you, please leave us a good working phone number.
Holiday Shipping
Orders placed up through Monday 12/20/10 by 5pm EST can still arrive in time by Christmas, but will most likely require upgraded Air shipping, unless you live in southern New England or surrounding areas (the Yellow area on map above).
If you would like to send an order that must arrive by a certain holiday, simply write, "Needs to arrive by holiday!" in the RusticaOrnamentals.com Comment Section during checkout. If you like, you can also add, "Approved up to $____." If the actual shipping amount exceeds this pre-authorized amount, one of our customer reps will try and contact you with an exact shipping
quote once your items are packed and ready to ship. At that time, you can either agree to ship it, decide to ship it ground, or
cancel your order with no penalty. Most importantly, leave us a good phone number so we can reach you just in case! Please note: shipping NextDay Air can get expensive, especially if the items are large and heavy. It can easily be anywhere between $40-100$
to ship NextDay Air depending on the items.
Delivery Method
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. If you have a
P.O.Box, we prefer to ship to a physical address via UPS so we can provide safer and more accurate tracking. Only orders sent
to AK, HI, PR, APO & Canada will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested.
Non-US Mainland Orders
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, APO address, Puerto Rico and Canada are normally shipped via USPS to reduce broker fees on your end unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs shown on the website to these locations are shipping estimates only and can vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the order. If the actual shipping charges exceed the estimate, you may be contacted to approve the actual costs before shipping. All customers will be fully responsible for all customs, tariffs and brokerage charges if applicable.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped pay a 6.0% tax. (Connecticut Sales Tax)
Damaged/Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please email us right away for additional assistance at service.rusticaornamentals.com or call us at 860-778-6841. Please keep the original packaging
in case a claim needs to be filed with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping such as UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day are available upon request only and can be requested over the phone or in the Comment box during check out. We will make every effort to ship all expedited orders within 1 business day from the time you place the order. Please let us know the date of the needed arrival in the Comments box or by phone so we can do everything possible to make sure your shipment arrives on time!
If you request expedited air shipping, we will ship your order via the least expensive method based upon your request to get your package to you by your deadline. If the additional shipping costs exceed $10, you will be contacted for approval. Please help us by providing any additional contact phone numbers we might need in the Comments box of your order, so we can reach you if we have any questions or issues, thanks!

Payment Methods
For your convenience, RusticaOrnamentals.com accepts payments via PayPal through our secure online website. If you prefer not to use PayPal via the internet, you may pay by mail, we accept personal checks, Cashier's checks & Money Orders or you’re welcome to call us and charge by phone at 1-860-778-6841.
If you prefer to send your order by mail, please make check payable to Rustica Ornamentals. Payment must clear before we can ship out your order. Please allow 14 days processing time for all mail orders. When your order is processed, you will receive a phone call
or an email confirming receipt along with an order Number. If you do not hear from us, there might be a chance your mail order never arrived to us (or you forgot to include contact information). Please contact us.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RusticaOrnamentals.com. If for any reason you are not, please
contact us after you receive your order. You can return most products for a 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days
of purchase.
To receive a full refund item returns must be in new, re-sellable condition, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact
us before you send any items back for additional instructions.
Custom & Special Item orders are not returnable. In most cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the product was purchased with "Free Shipping" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways. Only product cost and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to sure the item is not damaged
or lost in transit. With all returns please provide a shipping address, and contact numbers.
